I migrated some data from Maximizer into Pipedrive. Now I want to import another set of data but I get only: "You already have an ongoing data migration request". How can I fix it and import another set?


Answer

We don't allow import into the same system to make sure duplicates are not created. To import another set of data please send us a new Maximizer file to help@import2.com mentioning your import number. We will clean the results of your first import and do reimport from the new file.
