How To Map Fields Importing Tasks into Asana

Published 19 October 2018

Import tasks into Asana while simultaneously assigning them to the correct project with a single import using Import2 Wizard. Use any field, such as name, ID or even a unique color associated with the project in order to identify which project to relate the tasks to during the import process.

1. Connect your Asana account

2. Upload your CSV file with task data, which should include a column to identify the project

3. Map the fields, including the project identifier

4. See the tasks populated in Asana under the correct project
