How to Retry Failed Records from Your Import

You may run into errors while performing an import into your cloud apps. Import2 makes it easy to resolve errors, depending on the best fit for your needs:

1. If you need to fix data in your import file, you can opt to download the CSV of errors, make the fixes, and then retry the import of the failed rows

2. You can also choose to make corrections in your app in order to accept the incoming data from your CSV file (such as dropdown menu options and more). Simply make the fix and then click "retry errors", so you don't have to go through the import process again
