How to Import Help Center Articles into Zendesk

Upload articles saved in CSV file into your Zendesk account with Import2 Wizard. Use it to perform data migrations from other apps, or to do bulk-editing on existing articles, or add new articles.

1. Connect your Zendesk account

2. Upload the CSV file containing articles details, being sure to include Zendesk's required fields such as author, locate and more

3. Complete the field mappings

4. Start the import, and see the articles appear in your Zendesk help center
