How to Import Tickets and their Related Messages & Notes into HubSpot

Import your tickets into HubSpot Service from a CSV file using Import2. Use a combination of import steps to add emails and notes to your HubSpot tickets, so that your final result is a complete picture of the support history on the associated record's timeline.

1. Connect your HubSpot account

2. Start with setting up the ticket import, including uploading the CSV file and mapping the ticket fields

3. Proceed with the email messages import, being sure that your CSV file contains identifying information about which ticket the email belongs to

4. Finally, complete a notes import, also being sure to include the identifier of which ticket the note should be attached to
