How to Import Tickets into Zendesk from a CSV

Upload ticket data into Zendesk from a CSV file using Import2. Whether you are performing a data migration from another app, or just syncing new or updated ticket details into your Zendesk account, use Import2 simple, guided process to complete the import.

1. Connect your Zendesk account

2. Upload the CSV file containing ticket data, being sure to include Zendesk's required ticket fields

3. Complete the field mappings for all ticket details you wish to import

4. Start the import, and see the tickets appear in Zendesk
